2005 - 2006 Herbal Apprenticeship
The
Herbal Apprenticeship is a year-long opportunity to learn extensively
about herbs as food and medicine.
The
apprenticeship is designed to follow every season: an entire earth
cycle. Participants will gain an understanding and working knowledge
of the Wise Woman Way of healing and herb use. They will deepen
their knowledge and connection to healing plants through a combination
of classroom and outdoor experience plus readings and exercises
to be completed at home.

Herbal
Apprenticeship: The Wise Woman Way is offered by Cathy Lauer, MS,
LCSW, Herbalist, Holistic Psychotherapist, and Popular Public Speaker.
Cathy’s personal mission is to bring Mother Nature back into
our homes! She loves the apprenticeship as a venue for doing this.

Classroom,
kitchen, and weedwalk classes held in Paramus, NJ. Field trip sights
will vary.
The
time frame of the class is designed to be “do-able.”
Dedicating one Saturday afternoon a month is a way to commit to
your education and personal growth. Many apprentices confess that
while it was hard to pull loose from everything to come to class,
once they got to the car they felt better, and once they got to
class they felt great! Class
Tuition: $950.
